So, I have just received a flowery response from a lady called Sarah who thanked me 'for my support and for reaching out' ending her reply with 'Love Sarah' To be fair, she was unaware at this point that I am grossly unhappy with the clumpy mess in the sent tube that is labelled mascara and that her reply was to a bot message that I sent in desperation because their server is activley refusing mail.I have since read a lot more reviews (lots of the un-named ones look very made up) and now know that other people not only share my opinion about the product but unfortunately have experienced the same ridiculous response. I have since replied and asked for a refund and am now interested to see what kind of reply, if any, that I get.By the way, Rumi make a big deal on their site about no problem refunds but if you read further, they state the product must be unopened for a refund. How do you find out if you're happy or not with the product?
