Paid for express shipping on 23/11/23 and today is 06/12/23 and it’s still at their international airport. Their customer services is useless and just tells me to check the tracking. I thought this was a UK company but I guess my own fault for not checking. Won’t be ordering again, hopefully it turns up but who knows when.
