I love Rumi's VolumeCare+ Mascara, it's the best mascara I've ever used. The brush is a perfect size, it goes on easily without clumping and looks good instantly. Even my lower lashes, which I haven't seen for years, look good.! (I'm 68). I shall look forward to seeing the results in a few weeks time. To bulk up my lashes even more, I've occasionally used it over a base coat which I already have. Hopefully I won't have to do that for much longer.!Carole, UK
