I normally do my research prior buying on line.my own fault as I didn't this timeI ordered these on 23/11/2023 and now its 01/12/2023 and still no sign of them.checked the emails and it asked me to download a tracking app called 'SHOP' which I have done and I am still none the wiser when or if they are going to be delivered.
