I ordered this mascara on 21st August, it said it was dispatched with Evri on 23rd who apparently attempted a delivery (they did not), and would try again the following day. Which they did not. I have emailed Rumi twice since then to say that the parcel does not seem to be moving from Evri's possession. I have had no response. I contacted Evri who say I need to contact the brand instead. There is no UK phone number, so I left a bad review on the website, still no response. I have also contacted on Instagram.It looks as though many people are having the same issue with not receiving their order from Evri and getting no response from the company...
