Too many fishy things with this one. Overall the site has many slots and has nice design but I had 3 main issues. 1. The support chat is not always opening, there were days when I tried to get help clicking on the pink window on my phone or browser and it’s simply not working. 2. They have a lot of offers for bonuses, each day has its own bonus- they claim you also enter a raffle for lotto of free spins/ cash awards but 3 times those bonuses didn’t activate 2 of those times I couldn’t open support window so it kind of defies the purpose of a bonus, at some point I had about 15 monthly raffle ticket I was sure I’ll win something even a measly 30 free spins but I didn’t I contact support to ask if I really didn’t and they had no clue what raffle I was referring to- upon sending them a screen shot they told me I wasn’t qualify for those raffles- the. Why did I so many counted under bonuses tab? 3. Support team is polite but pretty slow to respond and don’t seem to read the question fully, they have repeated back to me what I included in the question like a solution. There is also no gambling controls available- to have that activated you need to contact support. After contacting them again for bonus fail I kind of had enough, they seem disorganized. Finally deleted my account today, just too many poor practices on this way maybe stay away
