I attempted to return the items due to their unclear origin and the lack of instructions, but the seller refused to give me a return address, citing high shipping costs. They instead offered a gift or a 30% refund, which I declined, leaving me with unusable products. I have screenshots of our correspondence, which ended abruptly after I asked for a refund. The seller's advertised contact information is unresponsive, and they do not provide a return address. Their claims about manufacturing and FDA approval are misleading. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from this seller, as it feels like a scam.
