After running the London winter 10k I signed up for 2027 and was told a 2 week trial of Runna would be added.It wasn’t and it took a week for Runner to recognise this and today they sent me a link. When I went to pay the link was not added and my money was taken again without the free trial.I set up a plan but it would not start until July. Efforts to get help to sort this out fell to an Ai robot that made things worse I have asked for a full refund but the Ai Bot says wait for a humanAt this time all I can say is Runna, run away from it
