A fab app that I have now used for just over a year. Creates bespoke running programs that prepare you for 5k 10k or even marathons. The main coach is ai based which is freakish in its accuracy. Tells you pace and distance covered . I used for general fitness... When I have asked questions the coaches get back to you rarely quickly and offer good advice... Can recommend for the older runner like me, although I think they could improve algorithm for older runners differing metabolism.... Would be good to have some older coaches too, having said that it doesn't the job well 👍
