I purchased a month of service for $37.94 to try it out. I requested 5 enhanced images based on an image I uploaded to them. This resulted in very poor quality images that looked amateurish, poorly rendered, and were of zero value. A few days later I took another stab at it and I was informed that my credits were depleted, and they needed more money before I could generate a short video. Sheesh Runway, what a shoddy way to do business.This experience was a total waste of my time. This site as I see it is a total scam cashing in on people new to AI. I deleted my account and I will not waste my time trying to wrestle my $38 back from this useless company. I will check my credit card to ensure that they have not tried to bill me for another month. They should show more self respect in this competitive field.
