During the free trial I was very impressed with the app and it did exactly what I needed. Then after purchasing the ai stopped being able to follow simple promos like ‘landscape’ or ‘portrait’, if I imported a portrait it would turn it into landscape and vice versa. It appeared to stop following my prompts when I purchased the plan, but this could be coincidental. I messaged to ask to have £10 - £25 credits reimburse to my Runway account. I’d wasted far more than this on the app not following simple prompts, so in my opinion, this was a fair ask. They havent got back to me so I imagine my request has been ignored.
