I am extremely disappointed with Runway. I purchased the Standard Plan and used it for a single prompt, which immediately consumed 320 of my 625 credits. After that, I wasn’t able to generate any more videos.Runway’s website feels unclear and deceptive in how it presents its plans and credit usage. It was also very difficult to find a way to contact the company.The only positive part of my experience was that Runway processed my refund quickly.
