My workouts weren't posted until the day before the upcoming week. His solution for fatigue was to talk to a doctor and run less milage. I was hoping for customized workouts and they were anything but that. They read as such "run 35 minutes" at a pace suggested that was 30-60 minutes slower than my moderate runs. This was every day. Feedback on workouts completed were lacking.
