I ordered three chargers about two weeks before Christmas for stocking stuffers. The chargers came a few days after Christmas. I emailed on Christmas and told the company I did not want the chargers since they did not arrive for Christmas. They immediately refunded me and sent me the return label. I decided to go ahead and give the chargers to the individuals. The company let me keep them even though they had refunded me. I was not expecting the company to refund me until they received the items back in stock. The company was very quick to respond and resolve the issue even better than what I expected.
