When I received the device on 8/7/24 I plugged it in to get it fully charged then tried it out on my tablet and cell phone and it was OK. I didn't need to use it for the next several weeks but when I tested it with my cell phone in early September only the first blue light came on for just a couple seconds then went out. I tried charging it will all my cords several more times but still no charging so couldn't use it for my mid Sept trip. I've emailed SEVERAL reports of this to their email address on the LIMITED WARRANTY notice and according to the RUSH ASSIST+ notice included with the device I should have been contacted within two business days but to date have had NO response. I also posted on their website and left a phone message at 888-718-RUSH but haven't had ANY response at all. I first reported this issue well within the 60 day warranty period and fully expect to have this device eventually repaired or replaced. UPDATE: I FINALLY RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT DEVICE DIRECTLY FROM ASADEALS.COM ON OCT 30 AFTER HAVING A VERY PROMPT AND CURTIOUS RESPONSE FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND NO ADDITIONAL COSTS TO ME SO I AM NOW TOTALLY SATISFIED!!
