Use a more personalized service! ---Sent initial support email requesting info regarding trademarks, and received two automated emails that didn't directly answer the question. Went ahead with the order with a document that clearly states for trademark and a statement asking them to reach out with any questions. The language selection is misleading and confusing and now I I have a translation to Spanish... I needed it from Spanish TO english FOR A TRADEMARK!....They have a revision request... Nope, I get an automated email to pay again! This company is all automated and they're just out for your money! This company should not be legally certified as they don't even check or review material!
