Up to five day delivery quoted and I received my order in two days! The prices of products were not excessive in comparison to what you'd now pay in the U.K. and the ordering process was very simple. I had a couple of questions before placing the order and customer service was excellent, but remember to check your junk 'mail for their replies! Delivery charges can seem steep but, to give you an example of costs, I was sent 50 teabags for Christmas, which cost the sender about £12.50 in postage. These teabags were stopped at customs and I had to pay more that €13 in fees! Lastly, the items were extremely well packed. All in all, I'm very happy and will place future orders with Russell's.
