I contacted several companies to consider a hm forces hearing loss claim and spoke with an employee from Russell Worth. I asked a straight forward question about what percentage they take and his response was not more than 35%. I asked again for a specific figure, and he became aggressive and confrontational. He then argued that not more than 35% was a direct answer and would simply not listen. He tried to explain lots of terms and conditions about how they would determine what they would take but would not give a straight answer which leaves me expecting that they would take 35% of any claim when others are offering to take 25%. As I persevered and challenged for a direct answer to persisted in arguing with me and then told me he would cancel the enquiry and hung up. Very poor.
