There was no warning about a subscription starting, nor could I find any information regarding a subscription and its terms on the platform. I have reached out via email to request a refund, and I am eager to see how they respond. Fortunately, I have a reliable credit card company, and I will file a complaint against the service if they do not address this promptly. The business practices of this company are quite concerning, to say the least. EDIT: Just three hours after sending my email complaint, I received the refund on my credit card. As a result, I have decided to upgrade my review to 2 stars.
