The prices are very competitive and the customer service is great. I had to change the name on my ticket which most airlines would make you buy a new ticket, however the online customer service sorted it out in a couple of minutes with no fuss. Most airlines take days to reply to emails, Rwandair took minutes.The only thing I would say is that the website could be more mobile compatible and navigable.
