Worst company ever! Do not fly with them.Why?I truly believe that the value of a company is how they respond when things go wrong.They lost my case 2 months ago, I filled out all the necessary forms and no one responds to me. They have zero customer service and only care about taking your money. After losing my case, I also had my return flight delayed and it was an awful experience trying to get any clarification of when I would be able to get back home. I was stuck in a hotel in Kigali with 300 other passengers and trying to get information was like trying to get blood out of a stone. I was travelling because of a medical emergency with my family and had belongings in my case to help with that which is all gone. It was confirmed that my case left Heathrow and arrived in Kigali and never left there, so it was stolen from the capital of Rwanda airport! I fully understand that cases go missing, flights get cancelled and delayed but to basically have to hound the company everyday for a response and still not get anything is disgusting. Do not trust them, they do not care about their customers when things go wrong!
