FRAUD….I placed my order at 12:46pm on a Saturday and cancelled by 1:02 pm the same day …. in writing. They have not only refused to canceled the order but went ahead and “shipped” the shirt 2 days after my cancellation request. I have sent them all correspondence showing that I requested an order cancellation and I’m being told that “please cancel my order” is not a requesting to cancel my order. FRAUD ….
