I did quite a bit of research on fireplaces and landed on the one I purchased from R.W. Flame. Overall, I am satisfied with the unit. It is sturdy, constructed of metal, not plastic, and is a nice product. The package arrived in about 9 days. Unfortunately, it did arrive with a noticeable dent on top. I reached out to R.W. Flame and they were kind enough to provide me with a partial refund.
