This experience has been extremely disappointing. I have used this firm multiple times and was always satisfied, but this last occasion has been dreadful. My brother, my new solicitor, and I felt disregarded for over a year. It was only after numerous complaints to senior partners that communication resumed. I will not be returning to this firm.
