Rhythm Health has been one of the best companies I have worked with in a long time. Their communication is always clear, fast, and consistent. They let me know exactly when my testing package is being sent and always remind me that I can pause my subscription whenever I want, which takes a lot of pressure off.Their customer service team is top tier. Any time I have had a question or issue, they have jumped in immediately and actually solved the problem instead of giving me canned replies. One time FedEx missed the pickup window for my sample, and Rhythm Health literally sent an Uber to pick it up. I have never had a company go that far out of their way to make sure things were handled correctly.I have also been impressed with the CEO. He has personally responded to some of my questions over email in a normal, human way, which is rare these days and says a lot about how the company operates.Overall, Rhythm Health goes above and beyond.
