Very disappointing experience with RyzonI placed an order that I never received. I did not receive any confirmation email, shipping email, or tracking details from the brand itself — only through Klarna and FedEx.The parcel was later declared lost by FedEx, and despite multiple messages I sent, Ryzon has provided no response and no solution.Absolutely no communication, no customer support, and no responsibility taken for resolving the issue.I am still waiting for either a refund or a replacement, which is unacceptable for a brand at this price point.Very disappointed ! I cannot recommend this company.And to respond to the brand’s comment: I conducted the investigation myself, and when I finally received confirmation from FedEx that the package was lost (with emails and photos as proof) and that I needed to contact you again, I received no reply from you. I had to resort to leaving a negative comment and sending messages on Instagram to eventually receive a cold refund message with no apology:“Hello Marine,i have just refunded your order.I hope, that this is in your Interest.”It’s shameful.I simply wanted to purchase this jacket, which I truly regret not receiving, but I will clearly not be ordering from you again.
