My disappointment is beyond words! I was promised my table and bar stools would arrive before Christmas, only to find out the delivery slot was between 18:30 and 22:30 on December 23rd. I inquired about an alternative slot, but received no response! I canceled my plans to be home for the delivery, got rid of my existing table just before the holidays, and prepped the room. I was thrilled when they informed me earlier that day that delivery would now be between 16:30 and 18:30—fantastic! However, by 20:00, I reached out to ask about the delay, only to learn there was a border issue, and they couldn’t deliver that day! I’m infuriated! While I understand problems can arise, the lack of communication is unacceptable! Keep the table and chairs—your disregard for our spending is evident. I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor communication!
