When we found one we were interested in, a gentleman very kindly got a power pack to demonstrate the recliner. Once we'd made the decision to buy, we left a good size deposit and were quoted a delivery date. Paid the full amount a few days later and the sofa was delivered on time. The two young men who delivered, Sam and Will, were very careful not to knock the sofa down our narrow hallway and assembled it with care so as not to stand on our new carpet.
