This gets you access to their off market listings. There are two problems with their listings. 1. The seller wants to close within one week. Basically they know their house is in bad shape and they want the buyer to rush and miss things. 2. If there is a good seller, the house is in bad shape and needs lots of repairs. Not worth the money. It’s better to search in your own area with a good realtor. That’s a much better approach to this.
