[Ticket: USSD220098620]I have struggled for two weeks to get someone from Saal Digital to call me. I am using InDesign for a photo book and the templates Saal Digital has on their website are significantly lacking. The spreads only have the bleed and center vertical as guides. I've done the math to figure out where horizontal and vertical 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 are on each side of the spread, but no one at Saal wants to confirm those numbers. All they do is point me back to the incomplete templates on their website. They have no phone number to call them, and their Support site literally reads "We apologize for the inconvenience. There is often a misunderstanding that can easily be explained with a conversation. Should we call you back?"I am now two weeks behind on my deadline simply because this printer won't communicate! Not very impressed at all.11/3/2022 Update: the response from Saal Digital is completely wrong. I've communicated to Saal Digital now 6 times to call me back. Instead, they keep emailing saying that email might be a better way to explain. EMAIL IS NOT THE SOLUTION HERE. I NEED TO HAVE SAAL DIGITAL CALL ME AS I'VE STATED IN 12 DIFFERENT EMAILS IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS!
