Only parking app which doesn't allow you to extend your parking time.I went to A&E, ended up staying 9h due to hospital issues, had to purchase new tickets several times which in the end cost me much more than a 24h stay. Contacted customer service to see if I could get at least a refund for the difference of a 24h stay and what i ended up paying, and I was told "it is down to the customer to choose an adequate length stay".
