I ordered a keratin treatment, shipping from Belgium to the UK. And they sent me the wrong one. When I told them it was wrong they said, “Yeah your one was out of stock”. If they had just told me this in advance, I would have said I don’t want it and we could have saved a lot of time and hassle…I had to ask them to send a returns label, they told me to take the parcel to the shop - which was wrong, it was a pick up from home label. So Sabelle wasted my time and effort doing that.I finally have my refund 2 months later, and they’ve short changed me. They should have refunded £95 and I only got £91. Disgusting.
