I was in the founders club, recently had low balance in my account, blocked my card on 2-3 failed charges. Poor app, useless links of re-instate form integrated, can’t even click that. Support team also sucks. In short, i am out of options without doing anything.
It's been a week since I've been trying to get in touch. I had nearly 200,000 in my account, and they blocked it without any prior notice. The helpline is unresponsive, my account remains inaccessible, and there’s no reply to my emails. I attempted to contact the authorities, but they informed me of serious allegations involving money laundering and numerous affected individuals. I urge everyone to report this situation.
