On November 8th, our taxi was scheduled for 9:00 PM from one city to another, a journey over four hours long, with a flight at 3:00 AM. The taxi arrived 30 minutes late, and the driver was changed at the last minute. After driving 50 miles, the driver was stopped and sent back due to paperwork issues, then rushed us to the airport, and we almost missed our flight. The booking team was aware of our needs; the taxi should have arrived by 7:00 PM. When I contacted a representative, they mistakenly thought we were already at the airport. I paid the full amount, but the planned tours were rushed and incomplete. The service should have handled this better. We needed to arrive four hours before our flight, not just in time. There was no apology from them at all. I do not recommend this company; save your money and find a provider who delivers on their promises. I've waited for a response regarding these issues, but none has come.
