I was surprised that there was no survey prior to the work being done but needn’t have worried. The communication was good with the company who responded to all my queries by email and phone promptly, double checked things including gaps, heights etc. I sent photos to confirm discussions. Responsive and no money upfront. The job was completed promptly and efficiently by Tyler and Gareth on a very hot day. They had to come back to finish a small gap but communication was good to get it sorted. Payment only when completely happy. Would highly recommend!
