Reading the reviews for this company it seems you get either 5 star service or 1star with nothing in between. We got the 1 star service. Garage roof removal booked weeks in advance with builder arranged to follow on with new roof. On the day they repeatedly kept putting the arrival time back until finally turning up at 8.20p.m. Was 10.00p.m. and dark by the time they left so too late to get builder on standby to board roof overnight which was tricky as garage used as utility room/ workshop. In the daylight the following morning we could see a paving slab had been damaged and a PIR light broken. Getting this company to respond to queries/complaints is impossible. In the end knocked the odd £54.00 off the bill, emailed to say why, and paid the balance. Still no response from them other than another email demanding remaining payment and threatening court action. We are sending the remaining £54.00 as can’t be bothered with any more hassle. To sum up, if it all goes well on the day I am sure you will be satisfied with this company but if it doesn’t you don’t have a hope of getting them to engage with you and you will either have to pay up in the end or get taken to court.
