This company was double-booked to conduct an asbestos check at my address, in error, through Check-A-Trade.Their contractor arrived after the original company I booked had already attended, so I explained the situation, apologised and sent their contractor away.Since then, I've received a string of abusive emails and telephone calls demanding full payment, despite providing no service to me. Reasonable offers of recompense for 'wasting their time' were rejected and they have started court proceedings against me.Shameful, unreasonable behaviour. Avoid at all costs.
