Wish I'd checked Trustpilot first...These guys are a dodgey outfit. They arrived after 4pm (booked for 2pm) in a rented van and very little equipment. I should have at this point sent them packing and hired someone else.They rushed in, and started tearing down one ceiling with only a plastic sheet on the floor. I had asked them beforehand if we needed to clear the room above (concerns with gaps in floorboards), or even put seals around the door, but they said it would be fine. It was not. Dust and debris was thrown everywhere, all over the floors downstairs, throughout the room above. They frequently trapesed through the house with dusty boots. I was horrified, but it was too late to stop now.After, I received an invoice for twice the area that was worked on, because there was a layer of plasterboard on the ceiling that hadn't been accounted for?!I'm disputing the charges, and they are threatening court action.Be smart, don't book these absolute chancers.
