Cowboys. Arrive whenever the hell they feel like it with no respect towards family life. Overly rushed and untidy workmanship. Left job incomplete first visit. Did not communicate about changes before arriving at second visit, and simply left without completing job without informing me. Impossible to communicate with operations manager Brad Mather to resolve problem. Countless unreturned phone calls and emails. Was sent a solicitors letter threatening legal action on lack of payment before job was even completed. On Third and final visit job was at last completed but my husband had to call workers back as they left, as flashing was obstructing shed door from opening. Nearly 3 month saga during my last trimester of pregnancy. Stress I really did not need. Only person who was any help was Jodie who tried to get things sorted where she could. So Glad to have any interaction with this company behind me.
