Avoid this company at all cost

They don’t deserve any star . I had to put ONE star as there is no other options. Personally I don’t think previous reviews are reflecting the truth of this company. The experience to deal with them overall to say the least is Unpleasant, Stressful and Resources-wasted. In short, they did a pretty substandard and bad job in a rush after 2 last-minute cancellations, and instead of willingly to rectify the problems and make it right they just bluntly denied it BUT didn’t forget to demand for payment. Their communications are non existent. Their records of documentation and correspondence are appalling. Their timing and punctuality is ridiculous. The director and management team i.e. Liam Major, Brad Mather and Ryan Cross in my humble opinion are unprofessional, careless , irresponsible and dubious. I would never use this company ever again and I certainly would never recommend them to anyone. They shouldn’t allow to do what they do. We need honest , genuine and decent people . I am far from what you’ve described here Liam but I guess we have to agree to disagree here.In short I wouldn’t waste my precious time on you and your company to put it mildly.In my humble view you have not got fainted ideas of what is going on within your company so allow me to remind you. 1. I asked for a quote for removal of my Abestos single garage roof which you provided it accordingly. 5% discount you mentioned here was given voluntarily by you and I never asked for it so please be careful what you say. 2. Secondly I asked if you can replace a new roof after that , you said you could so I agreed to go ahead 3. I asked if you could also replace my gutters which you said you could and included the price in the quote. 4. You cancelled twice the appointments for the job at last minutes due to no material and broken machine etc . In hindsight I should have cancelled you then . 5. The day of the job your men turned up in a rented van and when I asked for the gutters they had no ideas. Got in touch with you , Ryan, Brad and your customers services myself on the day but no one bother to get back to me.6. The removal of the Abestos roof was ok the guys worked hard so I gave each £20 to say thank which I explained to you clearly in my email so I am unsure why you are confused! The new roof is installed so badly 7. After going back and forth Brad told me there was some internal error with your system that’s why the initial quote for the job you gave me didn’t include the cost of the guttering. Now this is surely not my fault. You should have checked and rectified it yourself before commencing the work but you didn’t. 8. Then you sent your men over to my home unannounced the following Monday to install my gutters.9. I got in touch with you straight away the following day after noticed my gutters were not properly fixed and I actually suggested you to come down to see it for yourself Liam but you didn’t and asked Brad instead. Thursday 2nd of March I was told by you that Brad would be at my home early in the morning but guess what at 18.28 I got a text from him saying that he won’t get to my home until 7:45-8pm????? Seriously ? What sort of operation are you operating! So no surprise I told him it’s too late for him to assess the job and advised him to come by the following day but he said he can’t but will send someone called Phil instead. So I agreed. Phil turned up looked at the gutters and pushed it to the other end blab blab and again no surprise to me he disagreed that the guttering not properly fixed ! 10. The following day I contacted Brad and yet explained to him I am not pleased with the whole job you carried out. He acknowledged my concerns and told me he would speak to you and see what can be done.11. That evening I received the email from you Liam demanding the payment by Friday 10th March the DEADLINE otherwise you would take me to court . It’s so unbelievable to say the least. 12. Just to be clear I never asked you for discount etc so please don’t make thing up as it look REALLY bad on you. I have no words to describe you and your company Liam. I don’t think you have clear conscience or basic moral values at all because if you do , you don’t make such false claims, statements about others. May be you do that to make you feel better about yourself. Indeed I wish I never asked you to carry out the work. It is what it is lesson to be learnt. I certainly won’t recommend you to anyone. It’s hard to find decent and genuine human beings these days but I am positive that decent people do exist just like myself. My issue is I trust people too easily and take what they tell me at face value. Anyway good luck. I am still waiting for the certificate for the removal of my Abestos roof which you promised a week ago please can you send over. RegardsMrs Anthony
