Some miscommunication issues (the technicians who arrived were not expecting to have to do the size of job we had paid for) were solved efficiently; the right equipment was sourced, hours “extra” were spent on the job, and it was all done! They were tidy, friendly and always working - genuinely pleasant people to have around. The office staff were brilliant and rallied around to expedite our problem which involved them booking extra waste disposal - knowing how Safe Environment treats their clients I would use them again in a heartbeat. Really lovely company to deal with.
