I used them for a certification toward an insurance premium discount recently. My experience was overall middling. There were definitely some hiccups and complaints. At least the course actually works and I got my certificate, which is the bare minimum. On the main reasons they've got one of the lowest ratings from me is due to a multitude of complaints. Firstly, they tack on a lot of what are essentially microtransactions for features that should essentially be complimentary in this digital world, like free included email delivery (supposedly near instant), and/or free expedited shipping. I only paid for the course and email delivery. The email delivery is a $5 upcharge. The upsale for expedited shipping, email delivery, etc. are rather deceptive in my opinion, as they do not disclose this until you get to their "optional" fee add-ons. Otherwise, their free shipping option can take 2-4 weeks! They need to overhaul their entire pricing structure and remove that upcharge system.It's somewhat deceptive, since they advertise a low price for an online safety course, and the customer initially believes they're getting a hassle-free, fast, and straight-forward course.The software experience was rather old, coming right out of 2007, but they did not email me my certificate until I contacted their customer support via email. They reached out and explained that due to a glitch in their system, and my certificate was never processed after I completed the course until I emailed them the following night... strange!The course itself is okay... definitely an outdated UI but it's functional. On another note, the exam is seemingly a one-attempt thing, and you may need to pay for the course AGAIN to redo the exam.Contacting customer support was also a rather substandard experience. You cannot contact them on their website directly from their forms, or at least, they don't answer them from my experience. I had to directly email their support in order to get my certificate issue resolved. At least the customer support response email was timely, answering by Monday noon when I emailed them on Sunday evening. They even left an apology voicemail, which explained why they supposedly had issues on their end.I would not recommend buying their course unless a massive overhaul is done. Their systems are sketchy in terms of quality at best, and I can see why there's a ton of negative reviews!
