He came out on Sat, 1/4/25 and was on time, articulate, extremely professional with a great attitude, and positive energy! He explained the process with confidence and went to work. After finishing, the recalibration wasn't completed on that day due to some issues, but he came back Monday, 1/6 on his day off and finished up. He is a very valuable asset to your company, and as you know, it's about the "quality" of people, not the "quantity" of people that makes a great Company.
