I had an appointment, confirmed by text, and did everything asked of me. The morning of, I also received a confirmation. After a week of waiting, and receiving confirmation the morning of, they did not show up for the appointment. I called to find out that they put in a note to cancel my appointment but never did. They did not want to go to the trouble of sourcing glass for my EV. If the part is not available, do NOT lead a customer on and then just no show on an appointment. I had to borrow a car for a week because i could not drive mine due to water intrusion/rainy conditions. Now i have to wait another week to obtain glass from a different provider. I've used safelite in the past but will never use them again!
