Do yourself a favor and find a local shop. This company is out of touch and incompetent.If I could give this a negative rating I would.-I needed my windshield replaced and went through my insurance to schedule an appointment…which was cancelled due to the glass for my car being broken on transit and that they ordered a new one and would call to reschedule, never did.-rescheduled the appointment and took a half day of work to make it. Called all day trying to get someone from the shop to confirm the glass was in. Was never able to confirm this until the appointment time and they said it was not in yet.-rescheduled again, this time they assured me the glass was in and so I took another half day of work and went to the appointment. They started my car and I waited in the lobby only for them to come out and tell me that the glass isn’t in AGAIN.-rescheduled A FOURTH TIME for a Saturday. At this time I’m driving an uninspected vehicle because I have not been able to get the glass repaired in time to update and pass inspection. But they did finally have the glass in. Got the service done finally and was given a discount for inconvenience.-IMMEDIATELY UPON LEAVING THE STORE THEY CHARGED NY CARD FOR THE AMOUNT THEY DISCOUNTED.-Now, I am left trying to call their terrible customer service and wait for their non response store manager to call me back to fix this situation. I am a single mom and the amount of the discount was calculated back into my expenses so this significantly impacted my finances this month. I N working with my bank to charge back the full amount because of how awful and inconvenient this entire service has been. Truly shady business
