I booked an appointment to replace glass on a 1970 Camaro. The appointment was to be 4/30/25. I booked online using Safelite website and selected the year and model of vehicle directly from the site. I received a call moments ago that stated that "we do not service cars that old." Very matter of fact and very rude. If you don't service that age of vehicle, it needs not to be an option on your website! And then, waiting until the day before to let me know. Now I have to start the process over again and delay this glass replacement. Absolutely a horrible representation for a company that prides itself on being the best. Terrible customer experience.
