This is beyond the worst customer service I have witness. There is zero communication within the company, zero efforts on the company side to rectify situations. Making appointments over the phone is pointless. Making an appointment online is useless. The customer service in the Miami Florida location is next to disgraceful. I travel the united states and have used Safelite before. never had an issue. In the past week, we have driven over 200 miles just trying to get our rear windshield fixed. but employees in person or over the phone are useless. I'm worried if I order a windshield with this company ill need to install it myself as well. If it was possible i would give Safelite a negative star. Not only did my vehicle not get serviced, i had to pay for diseal, take time of work and school. Thanks Safelite you wasted a lot of my time and money!
