Where do I even begin? The platform lacks responsive design features for different screen sizes, which is already a major issue. Additionally, it doesn't allow scrolling when using drop-down menus to select options. Many questions during assessments have excessive blank space at the bottom, making navigation frustrating. Such poor design is unacceptable for any business in 2024. The login features are also problematic; it's easy to get logged out, causing loss of progress. Today, when trying to log in on a different device, my confirmed email and password didn’t work. The password reset link also failed after two attempts, despite checking the address. This platform is supposed to teach the importance of avoiding medication errors, yet the overall product seems to lack care. If the content had any quality, some issues might be forgivable, but it doesn’t. The videos have poor production quality with automated narration that I quickly muted, as reading the slides was much more manageable. You can easily bypass the videos without watching, which shows how little attention is given to this product.
