Youssef and Abdul did awful job. Many expensive things were left behind, we ordered 7 wardrobe boxes, we got none all clothes were jammed into regular packing boxes. many of our ceramic statues were thrown into boxes with no packing material, left to mix and break. Lamps were broken and pieces left behind. They packed half of my canister set and left the other half sitting on the counter. 80% of pantry items were left, canned and dry goods. They came on Saturday late, refused to pack until we gave them double the money of what we were suppose to pay, Finished after dark. Then said trucks were full. We had gone over everything on our inventory and given a specific price. Approximately 15 % of our stuff was left behind and we were still charged several thousand dollars more. We were not told our job was being outsourced from Safe ship to All State Moving and Storage until we had paid several thousand dollars to hold our reservation. When truck arrived on a Sunday, ( late afternoon)They refused to drip our stuff until they were again paid over another $5,000.00. Bank are closed on Sunday. They wouldn't take Credit card. Only something called Zel or some other app. We are senior citizens and very techniquely challenged. Even my daughter and son in law had trouble figuring how to do this. Most banks have $500. limit. It was extremely stressful! They threatened to take our stuff to storage and charge us thousands of dollars more to store it till we could come up with the money! Youssef wanted me to go on and do a survey on my phone. When I didn't know how, He did it himself and Showed me how to sign it. He did this half way through our pick up. we were moving into a house were all the electric was not turned on yet. Needless to say, Bed s were put together in the dark. After all this they wanted a tip! Can you say Royally F----d!!!!
