The team was fantastic today! One member was excellent at giving us a heads-up about the crew's arrival, which we really appreciated. On the loading day, we received a quick ten-minute notice as well. The crew worked independently and efficiently, allowing for smooth inventory cataloging. They were incredibly courteous, always asking for permission to use items throughout the morning. One team member consistently checked in with us to ensure we were satisfied with the process. He had a great understanding of what needed to be packed, even with our presence. A grand piano was included in the load, and a clever solution was devised for its heavy move. Excellent job overall!
